Adam Weinberg is the Platte Institute’s Communications and Outreach Director, providing information on the Institute’s research and policy solutions to Nebraskans, the media, elected officials and community organizations.
He oversees Platte Institute media programs including the Institute's weekly emails, newspaper editorials, and radio and television appearances highlighting Platte Institute research across the state. The Platte Institute's work to remove barriers to growth and opportunity continues to earn coverage across Nebraska and in national outlets including Fox Business, Reason, Forbes and USA Today.
Adam graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and first entered public policy as a Legislative Assistant in the North Carolina House of Representatives. Adam and his wife Ana Paula are the proud parents of Ana Carolina, and her two canine siblings, Tango and Bells.
The books that inspire him the most toward effective communication for free market ideas are The Law by Frederic Bastiat and Economics in One Lesson by Henry Hazlitt.
